NEW FLOORS

An uncoated concrete floor isn't the best choice for most work, manufacturing or storage areas. NAFCOAT can provide the right coatings to make operations safer and more efficient and make floors last longer, reducing or eliminating the need for future repairs.

We apply both epoxy and urethane coatings, or decorative coatings. We can even create floors with your organization's logo or other desired artwork showcased beneath a protective coating.

NAFCOAT's solvent-based, urethane coatings are designed especially for aisles, warehouses, assembly and production areas. They are long-lasting and abrasion-resistant and, at your choice, can be made with an attractive, high-gloss, reflective finish or a satin finish with added abrasion resistance.

RESURFACING DAMAGED FLOORS

NAFCOAT applies epoxy coatings designed especially for repairing eroded or chipped floors at a cost much lower than replacing damaged concrete. The finished product can be even more durable and attractive than the original floor.
Epoxy can be applied as a thin coat for repairing floors with only slight, shallow damage, or as a thick coat that repairs more severe damage.

Both options have high compressive strength and are available in a limited choice of colors.

CREATING DECORATIVE FLOORS

Besides offering a variety of colors in coatings for industrial and warehouse floors, NAFCOAT can install durable and attractive flooring suitable for executive offices, schools, health-care facilities, customer-service areas, retail spaces and other areas where aesthetics are important.

One very popular option is quartz flooring - an epoxy resin embedded with quartz aggregate in a choice of stylish colors. The resulting floor is slip-resistant and durable and is somewhat chemical resistant and easy to clean.

WATER RESISTANT FLOORS

Some floors have problems with ground water permeating upward through the concrete slab. This can cause erosive salts and other chemicals to destroy the floor and coatings. It can also cause water vapor emission and high humidity which can cause problems for some manufacturing processes and for sensitive electronic equipment.

NAFCOAT can apply coatings that penetrate the concrete and reduce moisture migration. It also provides resistance to alkalinity and caustic chemicals found in concrete.
